Great News from SSA
Great news in the attached documents … SSA announced today a COLA increase of 1.7%. Also, Medicare Part B premium will remain the same in 2015! Good, good news for our members and residents.

Copy/Paste Treatment Plans from Word to AASC Progress Note
When I write longer treatment plans, I prefer to use Word, then copy and paste it into a progress note. The only problem is that AASC online converts it to a jumbled mess! Pangea says they are working to correct this and hope to have a remedy soon. Meanwhile, Pangea suggests using Notepad (in the Dell Start menu) because it makes a much cleaner progress note.
Update: Pangea did a great job adapting their program so now we can copy from Word, no problem!!
